How to Join/Renew in TeamSnap

A step by step guide to completing the online membership registration form:
 

  1. Go to the Online Registration Form for 2025 in TeamSnap.

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Enter (or create) your TeamSnap password.

  4. Verify (or create) your TeamSnap profile (Name, Birthday, Gender, Email)

  5. Choose who you are registering (usually you).

    • TeamSnap allows the user to register more than one person (helpful for members who want to also register their spouse/partner or adult children).​

  6. Choose registration option (2025 active member).​

  7. Complete participant information details (name, contact info, address, emergency contact) then "Add to Cart".

  8. Review selection(s) in cart before submitting payment.  Once correct click "Check Out"​

    • If a discount is to be applied (joining after mid year) it will show on this page.​

    • If you want to register another person in the same transaction click "Register Another Participant".

  9. Sign Waivers (Liability Release & Photo Release).  Click on each, read and check box to sign. Then click "Next".​

  10. Check "Pay in Full"

    • If paying online, click Next.​

      • Choose Card, Apply Pay or US Bank Account,

      • Enter payment detail then "Submit & Pay"​

    • If paying with cash or check, click "More payment options", then "Continue to pay via cash"

  11. Upon Submit you will see an order confirmation page and should receive an email confirming your order.​​​
